1. Return Policy

We accept returns only if the mistake is from our end.

A return request is valid if:

You received the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product
The issue is reported within 4 days of delivery
You share clear picture proof of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange the return.

Returns are NOT accepted:

For personal preference (change of mind)
Due to hygiene reasons, since lingerie is an intimate-wear product
If the request is made after 4 days of delivery

2. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time size exchange exclusively for first-time customers, because we want you to experience your perfect Florich fit 💕

Exchange is valid only if:

The issue is size-related
You are a first-time customer
The request is made within 4 days of delivery
The product is unused, with tags and hygiene seal intact

Please note:

Exchange is allowed only for size issues
No exchange for color or product changes
No exchange requests accepted after 4 days

This one-time exchange is our way of helping you find your perfect fit with confidence.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for:

Approved returns where the mistake is from our side

Once your request is approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method
Amount will reflect in your account within 2–6 working days

4. Important Hygiene Notice

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers:

Used or tried-on intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged
Products must have original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals intact

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
