    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll fix it ASAP 🫶
    Just drop us a message at hello@florich.in within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:

    • Your order ID

    • A clear picture of the issue

    • Your pretty little patience (just in case 💅)

    We’ll review it and send a replacement (if valid) — no stress, no mess 💞

    🚫 No Refunds On:

    • Wrong size ordered

    • Change of mind

    • Products not eligible for return (most lingerie isn’t, for hygiene reasons)

    ✅ Refunds (Only If):

    • We messed up your order

    • You got a damaged item and a replacement isn’t possible

    In that case, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 business days 🧾
